After 10 years working in fitness industry, body building became his interest. He starts programming himself with a full body building and nutrition program. He was successfully build his body into shape and loose weight from 85 kgs to 65 kgs in 6 months.

Based on interest in body shaping, he got a Personal Trainer license to share his knowledge to others. He works at several commercial gyms, not as a PT but as a gym Manager who managed gym operational. He starts career as PT in 2005 and his first client was an expat. following his successful training, more clients satisfied on his program and it continued until now.
